Kiril had everything ready, as he kept in constant contact with me to make sure the deal was good enough and that the plans of making the trade were nice and easy. He made it painless. Everything was easy that day...from Kiril making me feel at home, to getting the needed finance and paperwork completed and accurate. Kiril was a one stop, ALL questions answered, all of my wants and wishes were meet. In short, it was a no-brainer that Kiril made it easy, made it painless, made it not like other dealerships I've been to. He deserved more than 5 stars ….. but 5 is the heist…. He gave me an incredible deal back in '06 on my Outback XT. That had me contacting him for my 2015 Outback. Sadly he could not find me one. But he was the first call I made when I was trading that '15 in for a new 2018 Outback Premium. Enter Kiril Velkov. I kinda knew that Ryan, being now General Manager, would be in an overseeing capacity rather than a hands on salesman. When my schedule allowed for me to travel the 300 miles to visit the dealership I jumped at the chance to show off my very nice 2015 and to reacquaint myself with Ryan after 12 long years. They would evaluate my trade and also I could drive the newest model of Outback. Little did I know I would meet another terrific salesman in Kiril. He and I hit it off swapping stories of our own Subaru history and trips made. Two guys with a passion for the mark of Subaru sharing with one another our history. Awesome. Kiril worked tirelessly, and I do mean to use that word, as he kept in constant contact with me to make sure the deal was good enough and that the plans of making the trade were firm and settled before I made the next trip up 300 miles to Bensenville to do the trade. He made it a "business marriage", and I accepted the terms before I even gassed up my '15 to make the trip. Everything was easy that day...from Kiril making me feel at home, to getting the needed finance and paperwork completed and accurate. Kiril was a one stop, ALL questions answered, complete fulfillment of all of my wants and wishes. In short, it was a no-brainer. I want to make special note of my internet sales person Nicole Iacullo. I test drove my car and then added further accessories to the car. Between emails, texts and phone calls every detail was added and addresses accordingly. The dealer cares about customer satisfaction well past the sale! This is where customer service shows and it's definitely shown here. I would recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new car. They Get It Right in 2018 This was our second new car purchase from Grand Subaru. First in 2010 when we lived in suburbs of Il and now in Green Bay WI. We tryed to buy local (within 100 miles) asking for online quotes and visiting dealers. I wanted simple. No BS. Nicole at Grand Subuaru made buying a car simple, straight forward and pricing which was the lowest. I was willing to pay up to $1000.00 more to buy local but it was impossible. For the educated car buyer who knows exactly what they want I would highly recommend Grand Suburu. If you don't know what all wheel drive is or the difference between a Outback or a Impreza visit a local dealer where they will hold your hand to buy a car for thousands more. This is OK but I new more about Subarus than all the diffent sales people I have come in contact with. It is time the auto industry wake up.
