She was kind, pleasa The car buying experience is something that most people do not look forward to BUT with Brianna the entire process was a delight. She was kind, pleasant to work with, and explained the purchase process as we went along. I came to Grand Subaru to buy a gift for my wife and fell in love with an Impreza sedan in the showroom when I have originally arrived to view another one that was hatchback. Brianna had no issue with my change in plans and was even surprised that I told her that no test drive was needed. You can tell that she really wanted me to be sure of my purchase and to fully experience the car but I assured her that it was going to be fine. My son bought an Impreza hatchback last year and my family loved testing his car when he brought it home. This is the reason why we came back to Subaru to get another great car. We unfortunately came rather close to closing time but Brianna stayed with us until the end and made sure we were taken care of and about an hour and a half after closing, we adopted a second Subaru into our family in less than 1 year. Brianna , my wife and her mother loved the car and were completely shocked when I arrived with my son. Thank you again for the wonderful experience.
