She was consistent in her communication as I waited for my WRX to be built and delivered to the dealership and was extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and understanding about my car and some of the small details I asked about the delivery of the vehicle. With this being my first new car buying experience I could not think of a way it could have been better. The car arrived exactly how I ordered and we went through the purchase of the vehicle with no added costs than what was negotiated 12 weeks prior.
