Nice People to do Business With This is my third experience buying from Grand Subaru and my second time buying from Sandy Cuttone. I like dealing with Sandy as she is professional, This is my third experience buying from Grand Subaru and my second time buying from Sandy Cuttone. I like dealing with Sandy as she is professional, responsive, and doesn't play games. I emailed Sandy directly with the specs on the car I was pursuing and she responded quickly with a detailed note showing all costs and an excellent price. I had done my homework before contacting Sandy and was pleasantly surprised at the deal I received as well as the no hassle process. I had several email communications with Sandy throughout the process regarding options and color availability and she was very accommodating and responsive. The car we wanted wasn't in stock, but Sandy was able to get it for us within several weeks. When I had a small service issue after delivery, Sandy engaged management on my behalf to ensure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. For that reason alone I would buy from her again. Overall my experience with Sandy and Grand Subaru has been very positive. Sandy, her Finance Manager, and the Service team have all be very decent and reasonable people to work with. So far the Forester XT we bought is great and we are comfortable recommending Sandy and Grand Subaru to friends and family. More
The lazy man's (sorry ladies) to great deal on a car Car buying, especially the negotiation is a royal pain. They give you a price, you counter, then the salesman says that he (or she) needs to take to their manager, you wait and wait, and back they come and process is repeated. Then you put on your coat and start walking out the door. Hold on they can do better, well maybe until you notice that extra hidden charge, ... Dealing with Grand Subaru was not this way. I contacted Sandy and she gave a GREAT price off the bat, well below invoice. No negotiations, no getting my coat on and starting to walk out the door, ... Yes she offered a few options and explained what they were, we took one (maintenance contract which seemed to be fairly priced) while left others (paint and fabric protection). My only complaint was that the process at Grand Subaru took about the same time as other dealers. It went very smoothly but does take some time. There were no long waits, just many steps and seemingly endless paperwork to complete. Since we had a previous Outback, Sandy explained the new features to us and skipped the basics which we already knew. She also helped up transfer the radio stations - which we forgot to write down before leaving home for the dealership. Other ways they could improve the buying experience - perhaps Grand can could arrange for a Starbucks to open next store. Grand's coffee is okay but Starbuck's latte would have been better. More

We e-mailed our interest in the 2017 Subaru and Sandy Cuttone responded quickly. We scheduled a meeting and Sandy did not disappoint. She was very efficient and very knowledgable about the vehicle we were interested in. She helped us through the process without ever pressuring us to make a decision. Once we ordered our new Subaru, which Sandy helped us build, all we had to do was wait. We were given a delivery date and we're thrilled when we received the call that the car was in early. Again Sandy arranged to get the car ready for us, and helped arrange our meeting with the financial manager. Sandy took time with us explaining all of the features on our new vehicle. This was extremely helpful. We really enjoyed working with Sandy. She is a real asset to your Subaru family. We have already recommended Sandy and Grand Subaru to a friend of our and a cousin as well. Thank you Sandy. More
"Best car buying experience ever" I've purchased at least 15 cars over the years but this purchase was the best ever. Usually the buying process is drug out with a lot of pressure to add extras, haggling over the final price, and mostly just waiting around while the salesperson keeps running back to the manager to approve every dot on the contract. My daughter has a Subaru and kept bragging about it (but then doesn't everyone in Colorado own one? ) I finally decided to get one as well. I started dealing with Sandy Cuttone over the Internet a few years ago. I should say that I live in TN, about 490 miles away. She had a lot of patience with all my questions, answering each one quickly and accurately. She also has a great sense of humor. After looking at dealers in the Nashville area, Grand had the best prices, well worth a trip up and two nights in a motel. Unfortunately I could never find the time to drive up so I ended up buying a Honda CRV. The CRV has a great reputation, but I could never find out why. I had at least a dozen issues with the car, starting with road noise and often asking what the design engineers where thinking of; definitely not people friendly. I finally tired of the CRV after about a year and contacted Grand again. To my pleasant surprise Sandy Cuttone returned my e-mail inquiry and remembered me. Well, we started the pricing and availability process all over again. I had decided on a 2017 Subaru Limited with certain color choices. Sandy was right on top of things, giving me options such as availability and details on various features. The end result was that I drove up to Chicago, had a most pleasant experience in processing the sale in record time and back on my way home. I really liked the coffee machine and Danish in the waiting room. While I can nitpick about anything, and this Subaru is no exception, I haven't found anything so far that really bothers me. The car runs great, has plenty of power, and looks good. But then a car is just a car (even though Subaru Corp says Subaru is love - something wrong there;-). Sandy and other staff I met at Grand are people and to me people are love. I loved the entire buying experience and will not hesitate to buy from Grand again. The only thing I won't do is drive up for my oil changes. More

This was our first time at Grand and the facility was very nice. The people there were friendly and helpful. Matt did a great job of showing us options and gave us a nice tour of all the new bells and whistles in the car. Sometimes, buying a car feels like buying a house! But Matt made sure we knew what we were signing. The only reason I didn't rate our experience all 5 stars was because we were disappointed in our trade-in offer. More

We setup a road test and he made it very easy for me to make a decision the same day, keeping the communication friendly and professional while we were going through the usual process of pricing the vehicle to be purchased, pricing the vehicle to be traded and finally financing the transaction. The dealership is modern, well equipped for the public and I will do business with Grand Subaru and Michael Keller again if they find me the right deal in 3 or 4 years. More

But Grand Subaru and Jeff Shade changed that for me. From the time I first contacted the dealer via email until I walked out with a new 2017 Forester, these guys made the experience enjoyable. I do a lot (probably too much) homework before I will even contact a dealer. I know what I want to pay, I know what my trade in is worth and I know what sort of interest rate I want on the loan. Their first price (didn't even have to haggle) was below the "great prices" listed by Consumer Reports, Kelly Blue Book and TruCar. The valued my trade in at a fair value and in line with what I had already been offered by other dealers. There was no big push to up sell, but they did share all of the offerings with me. I came in with financing already secured and they beat what I had by a wide margin. I really can't express how great this dealer was to do business with. This is my first Subaru but I already told my wife that she should pick out which model she'd like because I don't want to deal with any other dealer ever again. More
