A+++ Purchase Experience I just picked up my new 2016 Subaru Outback Limited, which was ordered with an ETA of end of December. As one would expect, the car was delivered in I just picked up my new 2016 Subaru Outback Limited, which was ordered with an ETA of end of December. As one would expect, the car was delivered in perfect condition and we are 100% satisfied. We were particularly happy with the delivery date which was a few weeks prior to estimated, and well before the onset of severe weather. The bigger driver in taking the time to write this review is the outstanding purchase experience we had with Grand Subaru. Our Internet Sales Manager was Melissa Distel and from the onset of the process (requesting a quote via Edmunds.com), Melissa was lightning fast, 100% accurate and honest and an absolute pleasure to work with. We received an excellent price offer Melissa, and a thorough explanation of the ordering process and timelines. She kept in touch during the wait period, and handled a change on the order with perfect accuracy. Delivery of the Outback was silky smooth. Everything was in order and the process went extremely quickly. Melissa provided a very thorough walkthru of the car and it's controls, including the video system which I had read could be confusing. We left the dealership feeling confident in our ability to operate the system. Closing the sale with the business manager (sorry to have forgotten his name) was also smooth and very quick. They even had actual permanent plates on hand for the car, eliminating the usual annoyances with the DMV. Yes, there was the expected sales pitches for the purchase of a vehicle protection package and extended warranty, but neither of these pitches could be in any way construed as a hard sell. Simply put, both options were explained in detail with no pressure applied. Given the excellent price we received, I fully expected at some point to be pressured for some upgrades, options or whatever. That never occurred. A big thank you, specifically to Melissa and the business manager, and to Grand in general for the best auto purchasing experience I've ever had. I will certainly recommend Grand to anyone considering a Subaru. D. Ross More

At that point I went online to check prices, and received a quote (via edmunds.com) from Chris Czaja at Grand. His price was well below invoice, the best I had received from anyone. It was totally worth the 2 hour drive from my house to the dealership. Chris was AWESOME!!! He responded promptly to my every email, phone call and text message, and we had the deal settled in a matter of hours. He was straightforward and thorough. He explained everything I needed to know, and what I needed to bring with me to pick up the car. He came in early on a Saturday to take care of me. I've had the car for less than a week and he has called several times to make sure I am happy and answer any additional questions I have. I would recommend Grand Subaru and Chris Czaja to anyone looking for a vehicle. I normally enjoy car shopping about as much as bathing suit shopping (which is to say, not at all), but I found my experience with Chris and Grand to be grand. :) More

I was able to resist most of the addition products they sell but I think they offer very good add ons as long as you negotiate the prices. More

Those cars also mostly had an extra futures that I didn't really wanted, and of course I would have to pay extra for them. In Grand Subaru, Matt offered an option of pre-ordering the car that I exactly wanted and for lower price than the cars already available for sell. I had to wait three months for my car, but I have what I want and for a good price. I am very happy with my purchase. Matt was very friendly, helpful, and professional. He wasn't very pushy, but informative, and seemed to care about me getting what I wanted. I recommend contacting Matt for anybody who is interesting in buying Subaru. More
