I'm all for a great deal, so when I started researching pricing, the best price was quoted to me by Sandy. (Even though I Live in Texas and Grand is in Chicago area). She was very helpful with all my questions and answered them via email within a day or less. We arrived in town in the evening and Sandy had the Forester ready when we got there. Even had the big bow I requested. We spent around 2 hours there doing paperwork and then was on our way. We had no problems and the staff at Grand Subaru were very friendly. Great experience for our first brand new vehicle! If I ever am in the market for another new Subaru, you can bet I'll be calling Grand Subaru. More
