This was the 2nd vehicle I've ever bought from Granger Motors, and the first new I've purchased ever. I enjoyed their low pressure attitude towards sales. I never felt like I was being corralled to one product or another for their convenience or profit. Rather they waited for me to say what I wanted and helped facilitate that. They were very transparent about pricing and terms. I was in a time crunch due to a totaled previous vehicle and needing to return a rental and the sales and financing teams were able and wiling to move as quickly or deliberately as I needed to. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, etc product or any used product. More

just now NEW I found Granger Ford on the truck forums online and decided to call when I settled on the vehicle I wanted. From my order on 06/28/23 to delivery on 09/19/23 the whole process was so smooth online and decided to call when I settled on the vehicle I wanted. Chip (sales) kept in touch throughout the process and had finance call and make an appointment when the vehicle arrived. I flew in from Florida and was picked up at no charge from the airport (early) and brought to the dealership for delivery. I was in and out of the finance office in minutes and then talked with Chip about some options on my truck and was on my way. Arrival to departure at the dealership was 30 minutes. The whole deal was fantastic as were the people I dealt with and there was My next vehicle will be purchased from Granger. More

Ordered a truck from them and agreed to their initial terms. Truck arrived this week and they changed one of the terms plus originally they were trying to force me to come in and pick up the car meaning terms. Truck arrived this week and they changed one of the terms plus originally they were trying to force me to come in and pick up the car meaning get on a flight ..then to find out no only this one model and only because you’re saving money over MSRP if you buy any other car from us at regular price You don’t have to come in you don’t have to get on a flight. Well that’s completely discriminatory acting as if you really don’t want to sell me the car because you’ll make more money If I don’t buy it …There’s no direct flights to Iowa , this is completely discriminatory as it does not apply to any of their other vehicles. I can understand if every remote customer had to come in before they would sell them a car but only on this one model because I’m saving a few dollars it appears they don’t want to sell me the car…. they have the same model on the lot. If I was to buy it from them MSRP they would sell to me remotely without ever having to come there because I’m getting a discount they’re trying to make it extremely hard for me to take delivery ..it took six months to deliver the vehicle. If I had known this dealership was going to be this way, I would’ve ordered from someone else cannot trust them. What a waste of time and effort all the reviews were so positive, but when it comes down to greed, they’re willing to screw over the customer. More
