Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it is when a vehicle has another issue so soon after a major repair. Our team always aims to be honest and transparent. All recall and warranty work on the vehicle was completed according to Hyundai’s guidelines. When the vehicle returned, our technicians found that the problem was caused by a damaged muffler, which is separate from the earlier repair and unfortunately not covered under warranty. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our team was dishonest or unhelpful. We worked with you on additional options and provided a free loaner for an additional day after your vehicle was picked up. Our goal is always to provide clear information and help our customers make the best decisions for their vehicles. We did take a close look at your vehicle and confirmed that everything is working the way it was designed by the manufacturer, and the features are the same as when it was purchased. For the Bluetooth, the system does require agreeing to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions to use it, and that’s something we’re not able to change or bypass.
