Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. At this time, the State of New Hampshire has suspended vehicle inspections statewide. The guidance from the state has changed multiple times over the past few weeks, and all inspection stations in NH—including our dealership—have been instructed to stop performing inspections until further notice. We do want to clarify that your inspection sticker is not considered expired, as inspections are currently not required under the state’s suspension. You will not be penalized during this period. We completely understand your frustration about not being notified prior to arrival. The state’s direction changed quickly, and we regret that we did not communicate the update before your appointment. We are actively working to improve how we notify customers when sudden regulatory changes occur. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
