Within minutes of meeting with Melissa in person I was test driving my dream car, and within a couple hours it was mine. Melissa was helpful, honest and not at all pushy or overbearing. Shawn Pecora met with me after to go through the final paperwork which can taxing and stressful but instead was simple and effortless. Shawn was straightforward and made this process a breeze. My experience was so great that both of my parents are considering going to Granite Run Buick GMC in the new year to purchase vehicles of their own. More

Our first impression of Melissa was she was dedicated and customer service was a priority. We met with Melissa the following day and the car we were interested in was already for us to test drive. Satisfying Experience I was made to feel like I was the most important customer in the building, and my only reason for stopping by was that I needed a duplicate key made! She was not pushy or overbearing. She gave me the time and space to decide what was best for me and my families needs. I really appreciated that! When it was time to seal the deal we were introduced to Mike Coll who was nothing but polite and professional. And, he is truly a man of his word. Before I even sighed on the dotted line Mike Coll told my husband that he would bring his son to his barber shop the next day for a hair cut. And, without fail, they were there. He is truly a man of his word and that speaks volumes about the kind of man and "salesman" he really is. Last but not least, we were introduced to the finance manager, Shawn Pecora who speedily took us through the paperwork process. Thankfully, he had us in and out in a matter of minutes. I found her demeanor and style of sales welcoming and her knowledge of the product impressive. When I first arrived at Granite Run Buick/GMC she was anticipating my arrival with the information I requested on the vehicles I had seen online. After sitting in a few cars on the lot, Melissa suggested I try out a Buick Encore. I had never heard of an Encore before and I can say it wasn't even on my radar for SUVs that I was interested in. I always thought of Buicks as a "Grandpa car" and never thought of driving one let alone owning one. Well, long story short...I bought a fantastic 2015 used Buick Encore SUV and I LOVE IT!!! Thank you Melissa for showing me that there are other options out there, you found my (vehicle) perfect fit. With little money down and less than average credit he really took his time and worked us through every aspect of the car purchasing process. He stayed right with us through the whole process and answered my million questions (sometimes twice). We had some concerns about the car we chose ans Sharif got it right into the service area to get it taken of. He also made sure our car came freshly detailed with a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car. More
