I switched to Granite Subaru and I am glad I did. The AT Oil temp light for my Outback would come on when I going over 65 mpg. The original dealer where I bought the car did nothing to help for a whole year. Finally, I took my car to Granite Subaru for a second opinion. Granite Subaru quickly found the temperature sensor was faulty. Changing the valve body fixed it and the oil temp light has not come on since. I now service my car at Granite Subaru. I took off the original dealer license plate frames and replaced them with Granite Subaru license plate frames. P.S. A friend of mine has also switched from the same Subaru dealer to Granite Subaru. More

Ever since we've gone to a private mechanic the mechanics don't do a good job. They've screwed up oil pan plugs by over torquing using power wrenches and raised their labor rates. They are thorough and prices are affordable and the techs do a fantastic job. The service area is very modern from the time they driver your car in they have a screen that shows tire ware and alignment.. Jennifer was very kind and friendly and kept me up to date. When I asked how come I'm not getting any coupons in my e-mail. She said next time your're service is up call us and we'll send you a coupon. Going to Granite Subaru is the best choice. My Forrester hit 90K and runs like a champ because of the service techs. Never will I go to a private auto shop ever again More
