I received extraordinary service during my visit. My appointment was for routine maintenance plus detailing which meant it would take all day. I was offered valet service when I made the appointment My appointment was for routine maintenance plus detailing which meant it would take all day. I was offered valet service when I made the appointment but decided to stay the day and would keep busy reading and doing a sewing project. When I arrived for my appointment I was fortunate to have Jason as my service rep. He is an extraordinary employee. He also offered valet service in case I wanted to go home. I assured him I was fine waiting but he regularly checked on me to make sure I was fine. The waiting room at Granite is very comfortable and offers superb amenities for guests comfort. At lunchtime Jason made suggestions for restaurants and arranged a valet ride there. When I was done lunch Jason sent another valet to get me, describing the driver and vehicle in great detail so I would safely recognize it. Throughout the day Jason kept me posted on the progress of the work on my vehicle. I had a question about my Outback’s GPS. Jason not only answered it in detail but gave me a printout and explained how to access info on my computer. Thanks to Jason’s service my entire day was a very very positive one. The maintenance job and detailing were extraordinary quality. It was a pleasant day well spent. Thank you very very much, Jason!!! Great customer service. Naudia my service representative was amazing and gave me some amazing tips. I'm not a huge fan of the peppermint smell that's suppose to deter rodent Naudia my service representative was amazing and gave me some amazing tips. I'm not a huge fan of the peppermint smell that's suppose to deter rodent but I'll try to combat it with some other natural smell. Was disappointed to see that some caps to secure upholstery are missing but I'll contact them about that. Overall though great service and work at this dealership. Continues to be my favorite! More
