This dealer identified a failing control arm bushing and even photographed the situation. They gave me an accurate estimate and used valet service to pick up my car from work, repair it, and return it on th even photographed the situation. I had no worries since I had the option of the loaner car had the work not been completed in 1 work day. They washed my car too, free of charge. This mimics the service I was used to when I had a Lexus. The printout of my car's alignment pre and post repair was reassuring. When my tires were rotated on the first visit to this dealership, they remembered to replace all the valve caps. Other dealers manage to always leave a couple off. This kind of service quality is what provides me safety, a high degree of satisfaction, and knowledge that this is a truly caring dealership with qualified staff at every level. This will be my dealership despite having one located less than 3 miles from my house. More
