We where able to purchase the vehicle we went to look at on a Saturday afternoon.However we where told the vehicle would not be ready for pick up until Wednesday as it needed an alignment and inspection. On on a Saturday afternoon.However we where told the vehicle would not be ready for pick up until Wednesday as it needed an alignment and inspection. On Tuesday night we received a call that the vehicle may not be completed until Thursday, this was not the original agreement and it took multiple calls on Wednesday to actually speak with someone about the vehicle being ready for pick up. We explained the situation and where assured the vehicle would be ready by 5:30 Wednesday night, after driving 45 min to pick it up, no one seemed to know anything about the vehicle needed to be completed by 5:30. it took an additional hour to get the vehicle and the inspection was not completed, as the service department had closed. The dealership said we could return to have the inspection completed at another time or they would comp us the inspection fee once it had been completed. at this point we felt the best course of action was to be done with the experience as a whole and have the inspection done by our mechanic as the dealership seemed extremely disorganized with no one knowing what was going on. Perhaps it was just a perfect storm unfortunately the experience is not one we wish to repeat again. More
