I'm pretty sure there's no way my car buying experience could have been better. I first communicated with Kirsten through the website. She was friendly and patient with me and never pushed. When we got to the dealership, Tim Russell took over. Again, very friendly and patient. He listened to all of our needs and allowed us to make a decision in our own time. He also worked really hard to make us happy. I know that's his job, but it was really a positive, genuine experience. Even afterward, when I realized a few days later that I had left a CD in the CD player in my old car, I emailed him expecting that it would already be long gone along with the car, but was pleasantly surprised when he said he had already removed it and had it waiting for me at his desk, knowing that I was coming back in a week or so for my inspection sticker. That's absolutely above and beyond anything I'd expect from a salesman. I can't comment on the service department yet, but I would absolutely recommend the Sales team at Granite Subaru. In a few years when my husband is ready to upgrade his vehicle, we'll be back for sure! More
