Only issue I had was trying to schedule the service. During the week of Oct. 5-10, I was unable to get through to the service phone number. Dani Plourde was great, she was the reason why I bought the car from Hudson Vs. Milford. She was friendly, personable and easy going during the test drive portion, as well as easy to contact when I made m the car from Hudson Vs. Milford. The Management team was great as well, accepted my terms and made that process flawless as well. They accepted what I wanted for my trade in without any haggling. Finance Patrick Norton was helpful when I was decided on what service contract would benefit my needs. Overall, a great experience. I would recommend my friends to this dealership. My son bought a car last year, and the service department went above and beyond to help, especially during this pandemic. I can only assume my experience will go just as well. More

Service was fast and professional. The only problem was with the rental. After about two or three days of using the car it had problems and we could not use it. We had a very positive experience with Marcos Fish when recently purchasing a used Subaru for our family!
