Horrible experience with getting my Crosstrek serviced there recently. Inept repair staff & dishonest. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They called me to let me know I needed a service and they hooked me up with coupons and deals! The dealership itself is nice, clean and has a lot of representatives on the floor wearing the official Subaru gear. It appears like an entirely new building is currently being built and it looks promising! I am a little disappointed with the final cost (for late August sale of a 2020 Forester Limited). I was told there weren’t 2021’s out - which seems legitimate - but I was not given much of a “discounted price”. I am not a sales person, I’m also not a nickel and dime type but I do have gut feelings and it’s... I overpaid. I am happy with this vehicle as it is going to be an investment (of some sort) within the next 6 years but two days after the sale... jaw dropping discounts even a “name your price” was blasted all over the internet. Two days is not even enough time to get a new purchase sink in. I even paid a pretty good amount of a down payment plus have (or had at the time) excellent credit. My sales person, Kai was personable. He did want to make the sale and did what I feel he could to at least get me to the number I was looking to pay per month... but there’s a kicker... extended warranties. And I felt it - ouch. I was told I needed to purchase the extended warranties now despite having warranties on the vehicle already. I did feel like I was paying 3years twice and then four additional. Patrick tried working his numerical magic as well. When I saw the final contract with the price in front of me... my tummy turned but I signed. Patrick did a pretty amazing thing though... he drove to where I was (the next state over - but within 20mins) just to get updated signature on forms to send to the RMV - on his off day! Texting with Kai and Patrick was super easy flowing and I had a good feeling each time. They were prompt, friendly and answered any (the few questions I had) well. Day my new vehicle was ready to be picked up I was so happy - the wait was over! We, Kai and I, did the wrap-up of the sale with a walk through of most of the features - that new car smell was amazing present. He asked if I had any further questions as I’m sitting in the vehicle looking at everything well past 30mins later - I did have one question about the back seats. He showed me that he was human by admitting he was not sure but was able to find someone to show the both of us how to recline the back seats - it was helpful. About a week later, I did notice some scuff marks that looked service related due to the angles. I text photos to Kai and again a good text exchange to where I’ll be driving back to the dealership to have the spots buffered out. I’m also looking to switch out the rear view mirror to an auto dimming one (do not need HomeLink) plus inquire about a netting in the back left-hand side where potential items can be stored while I am there. I am pretty excited about my first “service” related visit not caring it’s only one month after purchase. I would recommend Granite Subaru to friends. I haven’t driven the vehicle enough to get the positive feedback I am totally expecting yet - it’s a really nice color and sleek/luxury looking Subaru! More

Great job on fix an oil leak issue under warranty. Glad they caught it for me now. Even set me up with a loaner vehicle for a few days while the repairs took place. Dealership has changed ownership 3 times since I bought my vehicle in 2012. Bigger is not always better. Prices for services are quite often higher than my local service garage. I will always get a seco my vehicle in 2012. Bigger is not always better. Prices for services are quite often higher than my local service garage.
