worry free , very accomodating Granite Subaru handled our Subaru Outback recall. They called when the recall was finished, mentioned a few items that we might want to fix while car was with them. Also gave full report of maintenance that could be considered in the future - no hard sell - just good information. The staff member returned the Outback to us and left with the Impreza. (which is a great little car BTW!) More

Service was good, precaution standards not so much. Been going there for our families three Subaru's for a while, no complaints. On recent visit to drop off car, during this pandemic, I was surprised t Been going there for our families three Subaru's for a while, no complaints. On recent visit to drop off car, during this pandemic, I was surprised to see a customer in service area with no mask on. No Big deal, I thought, I will wait outside as we can't ask everyone to be part of the solution. All employees had masks. Came back two days later to pick up car, and I was surprised that no employees (2 behind service area, 2 in payment area) were wearing masks in service area. I paid my bill, and when I turned to speak to my service adviser he had his mask on. Look, I am not trying to be the mask police. I personally feel it is our duty to others to wear a mask. Has policy changed from Friday May 15 until Monday May 18? More
