Best purchasing experience I've had in quite some time I've purchased different vehicles from different dealers throughout the years and this time with Granite Subaru has got to be THE best experience I've I've purchased different vehicles from different dealers throughout the years and this time with Granite Subaru has got to be THE best experience I've had with any purchase! I was greeted by Serge who was able to bring up the exact vehicle that I was looking for. He set it for me to take a test drive and at the time I wasn't ready to purchase and I wanted to think it over. He was understanding of it and I felt no pressure from him to make a deal so he gave me his card and I gave it a week to think about it. I called again and went to test drive it again just make sure I was set on it and we were able to work out a great deal. Then I worked with Patrick who was able to get me a great rate at the monthly payments I was comfortable with. Just a pleasant, friendly experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

Awesome!! I had a defective battery in December 2019. I was told if the same problem happens again, not to let the car be jumped start, to have the car towed. I had a defective battery in December 2019. I was told if the same problem happens again, not to let the car be jumped start, to have the car towed. The same issue happened again the day I recently had my car towed to Subaru. I was told that it was another defective battery and it had been replaced. The surprising part was that when I picked up my car Tim had arranged to have my care cleaned not only outside but inside including the mats. Wow!! Was I ever surprised. High-five to Tim and the staff at Granite State Subaru on a job well done!!!! Thank you all!!! More

There was nothing "extraordinary " like you guys mention.. I asked my car to get the complimentary multi point inspection and it wasn't done.
