Found the right car We did most of the research online and found the car with all the features we wanted. Their internet "saleperson" provided forthright information and a solid quotes with no hidden charges. I basically found the model I wanted at the right price. The two negative points was that the actual car that was quoted was not there when we arrived. However, they did have another model that was identical except for two options (locking nuts which they gave to me for free) and the color (of which the alternate was acceptable). The other issue was when we picked up the car (after they did their final prep). They had not done the car safety inspection and I had to wait an extra hour at the dealership. Overall though, the "negotiation experience" was very reasonable since most of it was done online and I didn't have to go through the often tenuous process of going through the salesperson, his manager, and then their finance manager to arrive at a price - a process that I hate. More
We had great experience in spite of the virus. Everyone made us feel safe and they made a lot of effort to be sure everything was sanitized before we touched it. Friendly staff. The team at Granite Subaru make you feel like a friend. Their goal is to make you happy. These guys really surprised me by stepping up when I had to wait for one of their team members to get back to the office. Others use the Corono virus as an excuse. These guys used it as an opportunity to show that they could shine. I'm looking forward to using their valet service when I need my first oil change. Again, this is going the extra mile. As to the car, the price was fair and they had exactly the vehicle that I was looking for when others did not. If you are in the market for a Subaru, be sure to check these guys out. More

They did a overall service check, cannot seem to find anything about the condition of the brakes on the report. No reason to name any names! Everyone I dealt with was ok. More
