Too aggressive in making repairs that are not urgent! I was was told that if I will not address the suggested repairs, my car will not pass the inspection. Although I believe that the recommendations were made with a good intention, the technician was forcing me to make a decision right away, That is not a good business practice! More
Recall repair Car was picked up at my home as promised. The tech picked up the car as promised and was very courteous. Very happy with every experience I’ve had with Granite Subaru! Brought my Impreza in for recalls (4) and was given a new loaner while I waited which was nice. They seemed to have accidentally skipped the Subaru! Brought my Impreza in for recalls (4) and was given a new loaner while I waited which was nice. They seemed to have accidentally skipped the oil change I asked for which I wasn’t mad about at all. They went out of their way when this stay at home order started to offer the concierge service to come to my house in Lowell, sanitize and pickup the car to bring to the dealership to service the oil change and brought the car back re-sanitized in a matter of a few hours completely free of charge. They are very dedicated to their relationships with their customers and now I don’t think I’ll bring my car anywhere else for any kind of service.. true consideration and professionalism ! More
