Stay-at-Home Order Causes Dead Battery I did not drive my car for a week (after driving daily) and then took a short trip to drop a sick cat (curbside service only) at the vet. When I tried I did not drive my car for a week (after driving daily) and then took a short trip to drop a sick cat (curbside service only) at the vet. When I tried to restart the car, it would not start. A vet tech helped me with a jump start and I drove directly to the dealer, showed up with no appointment, left the car running and they were able to immediately help me with a battery replacement. I was very impressed with the sanitizing process of the car and the surfaces in the building. I felt "safe" interacting at a distance with the employees. Thank you for great service and taking care of the sanitizing to reduce the exposure to Covid-19. More

"Outstanding!!" Only needed standard oil change....was soooo amazed that during this time of having to stay 'sheltered hat home' due to the covid 19; this Subaru serv Only needed standard oil change....was soooo amazed that during this time of having to stay 'sheltered hat home' due to the covid 19; this Subaru service people were more than happy to come to MY HOUSE, to pick up my Legacy, Leave a loaner, do the necessary oil change, rotation, etc., call when they were done, and RETURN MY CAR within about 2 hours, ALL DONE!! and with a smile :) So grateful for this, along with their kindness, great customer service and quality workmanship!
