When it came time to pick up the vehicle he walked me through Everything.....Not just the bells and whistles but the nuts and bolts...Seat position...Made sure the side mirrors and rear view were to my liking....every button/function on the wheel and dash. How to set up phone to receive calls. His B.Card is attached to my spare set of keys as well as well as Owners Manual/Packet...I would not hesitate to give his name to anyone looking for a Subaru. Quick shout out to Steve who was on the floor and helped with the trade in and also with the "Process". Very Knowledgeable also.. IMO if your whole crew is like this you must be selling many vehicles. More

did not address a major concern when i made the appo8intment i was very concerned that a problem with removing the key on parking was especially troubling when angle parking and that when i made the appo8intment i was very concerned that a problem with removing the key on parking was especially troubling when angle parking and that key removal required multiple attempts to get the steering wheel prefectly straight..AS best i can tell, this request was never recorded/communicated as the issue was not mentioned in the service reports and the problem persists. what had seemed like such a convenient service of car pickup now seems like just a cog in the miscommunication wheel! Dead car, above and beyond service, rebuilt engine, no cost Ended up having an issue with a part that required a new short block and mostly new parts for rest of motor.
