Brought me right in for unannouced arrival I had just registered by Outback in New Hampshire. They took my car right in and installed the license plates and completed the inspection quickly. it was an experience It was an interesting saga. My 18 year old daughter needed her car worked on for recall purposes and a state inspection. There were a few items that It was an interesting saga. My 18 year old daughter needed her car worked on for recall purposes and a state inspection. There were a few items that needed fixing. We expected it to take 3 days or so, it ended up taking 10. There were issues with a 3rd party part supplier that created delays, as well as some communication breakdowns. I will say that the dealership really tried hard to make up for it. They offered a loaner car multiple times, but since she is 18 she did not qualify for it due to insurance issues. I had several conversations with their staff including the management, and they offered a significant discount on the work due to the delays. They certainly did not have to do this as the delays were outside of their control, but I think they genuinely felt bad about the situation and were doing whatever they could to try to make it better. Overall I would consider them again because as the problems arose they responded with integrity, and since some things are out of their control I think they did a good job trying to resolve a difficult situation. More

The level of service over the past 18 months or so has been steadily dropping. It started with small things such as not updating the oil change reminder sticker (which has happened my last 2 oil changes) been steadily dropping. It started with small things such as not updating the oil change reminder sticker (which has happened my last 2 oil changes) and now they've escalated into bigger things (communication). Please note I did not work with the sales dept. This is making me make a selection. More
