We bought a Subaru Impreza on 02/19/2020. This is the third Subaru that we have purchased and the first Subaru purchased from this dealership. The problem began when we were brought in to speak with the person to complete the paperwork and talk to us about an extended warranty. Unfortunately, we do not know his name and his signature is illegible on the paperwork that we have. After we declined the extended warranty, he became rude and verbally aggressive. We have bought several new cars throughout the years, including two Subarus from a different dealership and we have never experienced this treatment before. When we are ready to purchase a new car in the future, we will definitely go somewhere else. We will never go back to Granite Subaru. We will be sure to tell our friends and family about our experience when they start searching for a new car. We are giving this service center two stars because we feel as though Victor, the salesman, was good. Without Victor, we would have given no stars. More
