Service Forgot to give me back my Tire Lock Nut Key!! I got a flat last Wednesday and called AAA. They show up to help me change the flat and they asked where is the key for the wheel lock nuts. Then the AAA guy(who was great) happens to ask if I recently had the car serviced. Yes, I did from Granite Subaru approximately two weeks ago(12,000 mile service). The service included a tire rotation, and guess what they forgot to give me back-the wheel lock key!!. Now all this is occurring at ~5:30 PM. At first they kind of denied that they would have used my key, but later fessed up that they had used it. I'm in Concord NH and now need a AAA tow to Granite Subaru. Thankfully, they arranged a loaner car for the next day so I could get to work. Additionally, when I called in twice to speak to a manager, I never heard back from one of them. The main service rep I dealt with called me back and set up the loaner and tire flat repair. More
