I'm sorry that you were not happy with your service experience. i Spoke with your son regarding your visit and apologized to him as well. The total service took an hour and a half. That is well within the normal time frame. The multipoint inspection is offered to all customers at the time of write up and only takes 10-15 minutes at most. And we have customers who sometimes decline it. That is perfectly fine. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
