Again - problem still not solved! Since I purchase my outback 2018 Subaru from this dealership, the recurring problem of a dead battery has persisted. The service department replaced t Since I purchase my outback 2018 Subaru from this dealership, the recurring problem of a dead battery has persisted. The service department replaced the battery about a year ago and still the problem persists. 5 times since the end of December (and it is January now) have I come out of my house to a dead car. As I write this, it has been towed yesterday, they could not look at it then, so again it is sitting in the dealership for a review. Frustrating, and given silly excuses like - you need to drive the car more, the overhead light was on, bad battery, etc. I would like this issue to be solved. I do not drive the car any more or less than my last Subaru Outback, and I never had this issue. It is a problem with the car that the service department cant figure out! They keep my car overnight and the problem persists! I ma under warranty for a few months more - then what!!!! Awful More

Check Engine Light I brought it in a month ago and they needed more time to diagnose. I came back last week and was told it would be 30 minutes to diagnose and wait. It I brought it in a month ago and they needed more time to diagnose. I came back last week and was told it would be 30 minutes to diagnose and wait. It was almost 90 minutes when I went to ask and they said they needed more time. They gave me a loaner. They called hours later to say it could be several things (ignition coil, spark plugs,combustion). The replaced the ignition coil and said to come back if the engine light goes back on. The Master Tech was unsure of what is happening. So I am waiting to see if that solved the problem or something else needs to be done. More
