One guy offered to and did bring the loaner car into the heated garage area right behind my car (being left for service) so I could easily transfer my belongings. when it was frigid and snowy out. Jason and Jenn were the service agents at the counter who helped me. After I received the inspection reports which noted some optional repairs for my two cars, I was not pressured in any way. The service that was promised was done ahead of schedule and they had good telephone follow-up. I hope my service business is as friendly and professional. Subaru in Milford is physically closer to our home than Granite Subaru, but we will only go to Granite. There is a night and day difference in terms of customer service between the two. More
