I'm very sorry that you have had to deal with multiple flat tires, the incovenience, and overall stress that those events bring. Especially when dealing with a young driver. But that does not excuse the completely incorrect information you provided and the mischaracterization of our service department. The tires did not go flat because of improper installation, lack of inspection, or a poorly managed service department. The tires are being damaged by curbs, potholes, road debris, etc. The rims are scraped and gouged. We have multiple pictures of the scraped up rims and damaged tires. Except for this most recent issue, these tire issues are thousands of miles apart. On the visit in October, there was a big fresh scrape in the rim right next to where there was damage to the tire. It certainly appears that whomever is driving the car is the one causing the damage. Again, I'm very sorry your family had these experiences. My team would also agree. They took it up themselves and replaced the the most recently damaged tire free of charge. My department will pay for the tire and I'm glad they did that for you. That certainly doesn't seem like an unethical, victimizing, and poorly managed service department.
