EXCELLENT AND QUICK WORK BUT COULD UP THEIR GAME They do an excellent job but our recent service work was going to be a couple of hours at least we were told. While waiting we ran into our salesperson who walked me right back to see about getting a loaner and in 5 min we were out the door to run an errand while the car was worked on. Obviously it was something they could have done when we checked in and it took sales walking back to ask for it to get done. Slight lack of respect for the customer asking and getting hemming and hawing. When sales asked, there was no discussion, no hesitation. More

Great Experience Start-to-Finish Awesome experience at Granite Subaru. I took in my '16 Crosstrek for a noise in the wheels while turning (CV joints/axles suspected). Tim at the Servi Awesome experience at Granite Subaru. I took in my '16 Crosstrek for a noise in the wheels while turning (CV joints/axles suspected). Tim at the Service Dept received me and the car immediately and took it off to be inspected. About an hour later, Tim explained an issue with the axles. He stated they needed to order the parts and since the car wasnt deemed safe to drive, he set me up in a loaner. Less than 48 hours later my car was ready for pick up. Car is as good as new. Great customer service and fair prices. Overall great experience. More
