Awesome service! I called to get an appointment for a recall on my Suburu. The date I had I ended up calling to change because I had no one to pick me up. Heidi at Ser I called to get an appointment for a recall on my Suburu. The date I had I ended up calling to change because I had no one to pick me up. Heidi at Service told me they could come get my car and bring me a loaner. I told her if that was the case that I didn’t need to reschedule. She was awesome. Jason the service manager called to tell me there were some additional things that needed done. I told him that I couldn’t afford it right now. He understood and there was no pressure.
