I visited yesterday. I request two services( engine oil change and tire rotation). The service agent asked me to get the Multipoint checking service. I said I don't want to get at this time. At the end of the service, I wondered about tire pressure. He said that because of my refusal of Multipoint checking service, It would not be checked. I think If I don't get your recommendation, then I can't get the correct service!!! I am very disappointed with your service. I will never repurchase Subaru because of the service.

I'm sorry you feel that way. If I am correct, I believe when you were checking it with your service advisor Jason, I was there. There was some confusion about whether tire pressures were checked when the tires were rotated. I said yes, when tire are rotated we check the pressures. You seemed okay with that. I'm still confused as to where the problem is. Do you think the tire pressures were not checked? I am just trying to understand your concern and what could have happened that would make you respond in such a drastic way. I'm here to help.
