Great experience We had done a lot of research before deciding on a car. We narrowed our choices between an Outback and a Forester. We had gone into the dealership a We had done a lot of research before deciding on a car. We narrowed our choices between an Outback and a Forester. We had gone into the dealership and drove the Forester however, the new Outback's were not in. Once in we test drove it and our salesman (Gary) suggested we re-drive the Forester. Once we did that we knew the Forester was our choice. Gary sat with us and we discussed price, options and a few other things. We left without any pressure and no purchase. We went in to meet with Gary the following week and ordered our car, the right color and add-ons that were important to us. Gary, at that point brought our old car to be evaluated for trade-in. That too, came back in our favor. We ordered the car and within 2 weeks we were driving it off the lot. Very happy, satisfied customers. The only suggestion we could make to make things go easier at the end would be to have all the "extras" that we could buy be explained before the final pick-up. Although the sales manager was nice, we felt "under the gun" to make decisions quickly. This is not the way we do things. We are thoughtful consumers not impulse shoppers. More

Service met expectations I take my WRX here, instead of the Milford location (even though I live 10 minutes from the Milford location), because Milford scratched my paint taki I take my WRX here, instead of the Milford location (even though I live 10 minutes from the Milford location), because Milford scratched my paint taking my tires out of my car for a winter tire swap last season. This Hudson location is more professional, quicker, and they take pictures beforehand to make sure it's in the same condition when returned. I'd rather drive the extra hour round trip to Hudson because I feel like they go the extra mile to ensure the vehicle and customer are taken care of. Granted the prices are average.... and I really don't trust any car dealer/service center, but I've never had an experience here that would make me stop using them. Would, and have, recommended to others. More
