One big happy family My husband and I were greeted as soon as we entered the dealership. Art introduced himself and shook both our hands. I didn't feel pressured at all, and he show us several options via computer until we narrowed it down to one, which we took for a test drive. I when we returned we haggled a bit, and Jim Angotti explained the price statement to us, along with the the benefits of having a certified car and the warranty. After we decided to buy it we were sent to the financier Tom Ryder.. We liked him very much. He matched the best other loan interest rate we could get, and to make the service package more attainable, tweaked the interest rate/term just a little. After the paperwork was done I wasn't rushed out the door. Art showed me many of the different features of the car and how to use them. He even paired my cellphone and the car's Bluetooth. All the employees seem to really like their jobs and spoke well not only of Subaru, but of that particular dealership. We were assured many times, and saw evidence of it, that we are now part of a place that we could count on to take care of us and our car--in short, one big happy family! More

A wonderful no-pressure experience! *They are now called Granite Subaru* I went in to test drive an Impreza and Crosstrek a couple of weeks ago, and was immediately impressed by their de *They are now called Granite Subaru* I went in to test drive an Impreza and Crosstrek a couple of weeks ago, and was immediately impressed by their demeanor, knowledge of the cars, and ability to show empathy. I wasn't even sure I was going to buy a new car, but after meeting some of their staff, I was beyond impressed. Art was great at helping me figure out which model to get (not by pressure, but just presenting information about each car that helped make my decision), and the manager, Steve, worked furiously for a week to find the car I wanted. I went in today thinking I would just see it and start the paperwork process, but a few hours later, I was driving my new Crosstrek home. They made it SO incredibly easy, and for my first solo car-buying experience, it couldn't have gone better. Art even called me about an hour after I left to thank me for my business, which I really appreciated. I am so glad I never even bothered to visit another dealer, because I wouldn't have had near as good of an experience. More

I just bought a used Toyota Scion xB I purchased a 2009 Toyota Scion xB from them after seeing the car on AARP Used cars for sale. I arrived at the dealership and Art met me at the door. I purchased a 2009 Toyota Scion xB from them after seeing the car on AARP Used cars for sale. I arrived at the dealership and Art met me at the door. From that point he led me through the paperwork and let me look the Scion over and test drive. Next he followed me to the Avis rental so I could return me car rented at the Portland, ME airport. He took me back to the dealership and helped me with my Insurance company. Payment delivered and luggage stored we off to our Maine cottage. A special thanks also to the people of this dealership who led me through the paperwork and tended out on my wife who patiently waited. I highly recommend them for their courteous attention to our needs. Well done!! More

Winter tire swap + warranty repair Lady who helped me in the service dept (didn't catch name but I think Jennifer) was great. Very pleasant to deal with, and I was pleased with the turnaround time and quality of work. I got winter tires replaced with summers, gas cap door mechanism replaced, and a new winter tire ordered. Never used to be a fan of bringing my car to a dealer for service/repair, but employees like her and others at Prime have made me change my opinion. N N More
