Tim and Rick are incredible and have no issues with them. They did not work on my car. When I brought one of my Subaru's in for the 60K service I had to bring it back 3 times before they found the problem. It turned out to be 2 faulty spark plugs. Spark plugs should be tested before they are installed. 2 out 4 faulty spark plugs will make the car run bad. The service people need to be properly trained to test equipment before they get installed.
