Good but too long Went in for 18000 mile oil change. Was told 1 hour but took almost 2 hours. Even with rotating tires and checking fluids it should not take that long. Everyone I interacted with were very friendly and professional. No one said why the delay but I am assuming the service techs are rather slow or the service center was overbooked. This is the second time I have called to make an appointment that the call has gone to your third party center and have caused problems when I have arrived. When I called in June to have the car inspected I was told no appointment necessary for insections. When I arrived the service department said this was not true but managed to work me in to get the car inspected as I live more than 10 miles from the dealer. My instinct is your third party call center is overbooking your servie department. Maybe you need to take a closer look at your third party call enter before you start to lose customers for less than adequate customer service. More
Disorganized Overall I felt my experience was ok. Mario was extremely helpful since day one, he answered my questions and was direct with me. Once I choose the car and we agree on a price everything seemed to go down hill. I have never purchased a car before and didn’t know what to expect. While I knew I would have to wait I didn’t think it would be so disorganized. After waiting for a few hours(about 5) they finally took me in to do the paperwork. The person, I think his name was Roy seemed very disorganized. He kept forgetting to have me sign things. When I left his office I wasn’t sure what to do. Then they gave me the keys and said I was good to go. I asked if they wanted my down payment check and the title to my trade in, they forgot to take that from me before having me leave. Again I didnt know what to expect and wish someone explained to me what they next step was and what was going on. When I went to register my car they had given me the wrong paperwork to do so. We were able to get it worked out and a few days later Mario called to let me know I had the wrong paperwork, too late for that but at least he tried. While I love my car and Mario was very helpful. I wont recommend this dealership purely because of how disorganized they were when it came to the paperwork. I will use them for the service center so hopefully they will leave a better impression. More
Fast and Excellent Service I brought my car in to have the rear brakes fixed on my Forester ($300). I initially felt the price was high. So I brought it to my local guy. He told I brought my car in to have the rear brakes fixed on my Forester ($300). I initially felt the price was high. So I brought it to my local guy. He told me a higher price ($450). I was quite baffled but he explained that it was better to replace the rotors there days instead of resurfacing them because of how thin they are made now. I went back to Granite Subaru, with a 10% coupon and they matched the price. in addition, I have a conversation with Tim in the service department and he informed me that they resurface rotors all the time and wasn't sure why my mechanic wouldn't have told me they should only be replaced. In the end I had new pads installed, and rotors resurfaced for $280. work was completed in under an hour and a half, and it feels like a job well done. More

nothing but good to say We brought our daughters car in for a recall on a break switch. The service team was great from the onset’s! The team fixed the car while we waited, we took the car hom and there was unfortunately an issue with the repair (it happens). We brought the car back that night after hours and left it. The next morning I texted the service number very early as I had to hit the road, not expecting a text back, but within 1/2 hr I had a text back!!!! We texted about the issues and the fine gentleman assured me they would get right on the car and apologized for our inconvenience. By eight o’clock AM the service tech texted me that the car was fixed! I voiced my concerns it was my 17 year old daughters car and he assured me the service manager test drove the car for QC and we were all set..... Even though it was unfortunate we had to return to the dealership to have the car fixed a second time, this team was professional throughout! I too am in the service trades and this team at Granite Subaru was incredibly accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this dealership and I have high standards. It is no mystery to me why this dealership has a five star rating!!!!! Respectfully, Happy customer. More
