Best Subaru Dealer in NH. Convince me otherwise. I refuse to take my WRX anywhere else in NH for service. I have had AWFUL experiences with other Subaru Dealers, including scratching my paint (!) an I refuse to take my WRX anywhere else in NH for service. I have had AWFUL experiences with other Subaru Dealers, including scratching my paint (!) and unfathomable wait times. Other dealerships are closer to where I live, but I gladly drive further to take my car to this location for the superior care it receives. They take pictures of the vehicle to make sure it's looks the same when returned (something I wish the other dealer that scratched my paint had done!), the wait times are short and reasonable, and the facility feel's spacious and comfortable - not crammed/over flowing, as other dealerships feel. I don't feel lied to, or taken advantage of, and beyond your vehicle - they care about you. If you value your four wheeled friend, don't take chances anywhere else. This is the place to go. More
Wire harness My car had a wire harness that broke. I had to pay $4000. I only had the car for a year. Subaru would not fix it for free. Everyone that I spoke to told me it was out of their hands. This car is a Subaru Legacy 2013. I have had other problems with this car. However, everyone that I spoke to kept saying they understand and that they agree with me but there was nothing they could do. $4000 is a lot of money to fix a car when you've only had it for a year. I was very unpleased about this experience. More

First of all they let me test drive the cars on my own, which I prefer. My salesman Mario was able to answer all my questions and give me a price. When I told Mario that I had to talk it over with my husband, he wasn’t pushy about trying to close the deal. He also didn’t pester me with emails when I didn’t get back to him right away. It was the best car buying experience i’ve ever had. More

Oil consumption issues Went in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Also had to come in about 800 miles early due to abnormal oil consumption. Lost a quart in about 4 Went in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Also had to come in about 800 miles early due to abnormal oil consumption. Lost a quart in about 4,000 miles then another half quart waiting for the appointment. Have been driving this vehicle almost 40,000 miles with no issues and trips to Florida, Wisconsin and other places with no issues. Concerned something isn't right. I was put in the oil consumption program. More
