Instead, the service manager drove me home, and picked me up at then pre-arranged time so I could get my car. Robert was very engaged to listen to our needs and delivered on them in a timely manner. He showed investment to do the ground work, finding us the exact vehicle we desired. His flexibility in scheduling was appreciated, given our limited window of opportunity to meet with him. He was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to convey said knowledge and patient with repeated inquiries. To also share an opportunity for improvement, we interacted with John H (Finance) to finalize paperwork. We found his sell on the extended warranty packages a bit too aggressive for our taste. The tactics seemed high pressure and gave the perception we needed to carefully prod to craft a balanced picture of value versus dollars ... More
