Everyone that I spoke to told me it was out of their hands. This car is a Subaru Legacy 2013. I have had other problems with this car. However, everyone that I spoke to kept saying they understand and that they agree with me but there was nothing they could do. $4000 is a lot of money to fix a car when you've only had it for a year. Great buying experience. I usually dread buying a new car because of high pressure sales tactics but I had a great experience at Granite Subaru. First of all they let me test I usually dread buying a new car because of high pressure sales tactics but I had a great experience at Granite Subaru. First of all they let me test drive the cars on my own, which I prefer. My salesman Mario was able to answer all my questions and give me a price. When I told Mario that I had to talk it over with my husband, he wasn’t pushy about trying to close the deal. He also didn’t pester me with emails when I didn’t get back to him right away. It was the best car buying experience i’ve ever had. More

Oil consumption issues Went in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Also had to come in about 800 miles early due to abnormal oil consumption. Lost a quart in about 4 Went in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Also had to come in about 800 miles early due to abnormal oil consumption. Lost a quart in about 4,000 miles then another half quart waiting for the appointment. Have been driving this vehicle almost 40,000 miles with no issues and trips to Florida, Wisconsin and other places with no issues. Concerned something isn't right. I was put in the oil consumption program. More

His flexibility in scheduling was appreciated, given our limited window of opportunity to meet with him. He was friendly and knowledgeable, eager to convey said knowledge and patient with repeated inquiries. To also share an opportunity for improvement, we interacted with John H (Finance) to finalize paperwork. We found his sell on the extended warranty packages a bit too aggressive for our taste.
