I had a great experience. I brought in both my key-fobs to be replaced. The key-fobs had been an issue for a couple of years. Everything was tried but nothing would work long-term. Joshua Goodwin who was my service dept. representative went to bat for me by contacting Subaru advocate services. They decided to replace each key-fob for free. Each time I have needed service, the service representatives and the service department were extremely helpful. This made for an excellent customer experience. I highly recommend Granite Subaru based on how they treat their customers. More

Service agent, Joshua Goodwin, was friendly and eager to make sure that I was looked after while my car was being serviced yesterday. He reviewed the services being conducted on my Subaru outback 2021 (oil make sure that I was looked after while my car was being serviced yesterday. He reviewed the services being conducted on my Subaru outback 2021 (oil change and tire rotation), then directed me to the waiting lounge where I could imbibe in a beverage. Once the service was completed, he explained the necessary services (new front brakes and cabin filter cleaning) needed to be completed on my car. I had the cabin filter cleaned, but opted to have the new front brakes to be installed in early December. While paying for yesterday’s service, he scheduled a follow-up service for early December.
