The tire got blown out on the highway. Granite Subaru was able to get my car in that day and get new tires and an alignment done. This is the second time I have received excellent service from Granite State. Both times Roberto was my service rep and as great as he was with my other repair, there was no difference with this service issu from Granite State. I thought the brakes on my Subaru Forester needed to be serviced. After inspection, Granite Subaru informed me that the brakes did not need to be serviced. They said they would reinspect them again in 6 serviced. After inspection, Granite Subaru informed me that the brakes did not need to be serviced.
