Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and they left a giant 3 inch long vertical scratch that catches your finger nail in the drivers side skirt panel, they offered to have the d rotation and they left a giant 3 inch long vertical scratch that catches your finger nail in the drivers side skirt panel, they offered to have the detail shop buff it out and although it looks much better it’s still there and I’m not happy with the finished result! Was told the manager would follow up with me first thing Monday morning and as of 12:25 I’ve yet to receive a call, text, or email. Probably won’t bring my vehicle back to this suburu dealership ever again , not impressed. More

I will never ever take my car to service with your service center. I had the worst experience and I believe as a result of this service, I will never ever buy a Subaru again. Extensive work covered under warranty and loaner vehicle w/no charge accept gas fill up. Car returned with settings correct, washed and vacuumed. This is second time I have worked with him and he is commendable for explanation of work to be done and maintaining communication regarding status updates. Were I to start my own business (not a chance of that) I would try to hire him. At 75 years of age I have to affirm this dealership service department to be the very best I have had experience with.
