Granite Subaru - Service Center

This was my first time having my 2014 Subaru serviced at Granite Subaru and I was treated as though I had been a steady customer. I was also very pleased with the technician Eli, that I did a test drive wit Granite Subaru and I was treated as though I had been a steady customer. Exceptional work. Tim & Eli were very detailed & thorough. My car has been making loud/squeaky noises for some time. I thought this was fixed by a previous shop I use Tim & Eli were very detailed & thorough. My car has been making loud/squeaky noises for some time. I thought this was fixed by a previous shop I used. Eli rode along side with me to get a better assessment on what I’m experiencing and also provide the diagnoses. This level of care is awesome. Eli recommendation fixed the problem and no more noises. The overall turnaround time was spot on as advised by Tim. I’m so relief & happy that I’ve found this place.
