Tim was super helpful! He let me know the things he thought I needed and didn't need out of my car report. They give you a wonderful list of all the things the car could have updated/fixed but they do thought I needed and didn't need out of my car report. They helped me greatly with my recalls and tried to set me up with a car, but silly me had an expired license. He let me know that was super illegal. Oops. Got a new license the next day. Thanks Tim! I've only been in NH for 3 years and Have always taken my Crosstrek to Granite but this time they went above and beyond! I thought I had a flat tire and tried twice to put air in it but with no luck. I was afraid to drive home on it so of course I went to Granite. They removed my tire and checked it many times. Found nothing wrong put air in all my tires and charged me nothing. Way to Go Granite!!!! Your service Rocks!!! More
