On an icy road I had slid slowly into a snowbank which popped out my front passenger side bumper. Subaru Service was able to fit me in at the end of the workday, and timely in inspecting the vehicle for d popped out my front passenger side bumper. Subaru Service was able to fit me in at the end of the workday, and timely in inspecting the vehicle for damage and safety. They were able to pop the bumper back into position - 'good as new!' They generously performed this service free of charge. They also provided an estimate for recommended work in the future, which I have now scheduled. The waiting area was comfortable - plenty of room to social distance during the omicron surge in our area. Overall, a very good service experience. More
