Tim was super helpful! He let me know the things he thought I needed and didn't need out of my car report. They give you a wonderful list of all the things the car could have updated/fixed but they do thought I needed and didn't need out of my car report. They helped me greatly with my recalls and tried to set me up with a car, but silly me had an expired license. He let me know that was super illegal. Oops. Got a new license the next day. Thanks Tim! I've only been in NH for 3 years and Have always taken my Crosstrek to Granite but this time they went above and beyond! I thought I had a flat tire and tried twice to put air in it but with no luck. I was afraid to drive home on it so of course I went to Granite. They removed my tire and checked it many times. Found nothing wrong put air in all my tires and charged me nothing.
