Customer service at the dealer for my service was very friendly and professional and the facility's waiting area was comfortable. However I was unsatisfied with the service appointment overall, I had ma friendly and professional and the facility's waiting area was comfortable. However I was unsatisfied with the service appointment overall, I had made an appointment for new tires based on a quote that the service department had given me a couple weeks earlier. When I arrived at my appointment I learned that the tires were no longer available. I wish that someone had called me prior to my appointment to let me know. Instead, I needed to decided on a new kind of tire at my appointment with little time to do any additional research on the tire myself. The situation also added at least an extra hour (maybe longer) to my time I spent sitting around at the dealer. All this could have been easily avoided had they just confirmed the tires were available still prior to my arrival. More

overall the service is fine and friendly. this time, however, whatever was done to the car, there is a dramatic drop in the miles per gallon.
