Brought my car there for them to look at and diagnose a possible transmission issue. Jen was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone was cognizant of the issue and was super in making sure that the customers felt safe in your facility even when you were going through your major remodel and expansion. Definitely a team effort.... Kudos!! from a healthcare worker!!! There are no surprises during the check-out phase as I feel in the loop during the scheduling, service, and plan for future services. Thank you .... As long as I own a Subaru and live in the area you are my "go-to"!!!! More
They sold me the vehicle I wanted but the service was over almost immediately. First service (prepaid): after the service (which I had to explain) Granite Subaru failed to note my “prepaid” status th over almost immediately. No big deal, but in the back of my mind I’m thinking “how they do one thing is how they do everything” and I can’t shake the feeling that I’m dealing with incompetence. I let it slide, my mistake. Service two (prepaid): three days after the 1yr/18k service I receive a concerning email from Subaru stating that my oil pressure was low and to schedule a service immediately. What? I call. There was no resolution. The value of owning a new vehicle is in the belief it will not break down anytime soon and that was taken from me due to my service plans miss management and this mysterious email regarding my oil pressure. I checked and it seems fine. Dave McBride told me it it was a STARLINK mixup and I that my service plan could not be refunded and ended the conversation. So one star for having the vehicle I wanted plus one star for the dealership’s interior decorator but zero stars for the everything else. I will not be back, won’t recommend More
18,000 mile oil change. While checking in I forgot to tell the tech that my right front fog light was out. After completion of service, I received the printout of services preformed. One of the items was to check the lights (all lights) on the car. They said everything was all good but later that night I realized that the front fog light is still out. They either missed it or didn't bother checking it, in either case I wonder how much other stuff they missed or didn't do. I do love the new layout and check in procedure, so kudos on that. Staff was very friendly and all work accomplished faster than original time quoted (maybe because they didn't check all the lights). More
