I have to decide to recommend this service center or not, I cannot leave it blank. I reluctantly said yes as some of the service was sub-par, but have seemed to make up for it. I've been having recurring I cannot leave it blank. I reluctantly said yes as some of the service was sub-par, but have seemed to make up for it. I've been having recurring battery issues with my vehicle. After having it replaced in December I was told to take it on the highway for several exits at least once a week to maintain charge. The battery died again at the start of March. After talking to the dealership they told me I wasn't driving it enough. I got a call from the service manager and was told I'm not driving it enough and that all modern cars (not just Subarus) need 1-2k miles driven per month to keep the batteries charged. This is outrageous and nowhere does it say this in maintenance, and is just moving the goal post to continue blaming me. I brought the car in and spoke to the assistant manager about the situation and worked with Tim on it. Turns out the battery had a short and this caused one of the cells to die. No amount of driving would fix that. They replaced the battery and upgraded my computer system as a good faith action that I appreciated, and Tim was a pleasure to work with. It is however quite discouraging to be blamed for a battery dying after 3 months (I'm on my 4th battery in this 6 year vehicle now) without even seeing the vehicle. Time will tell if this resolves the issue now. More

It was a short wait for 18K mile maintenance. I was treated very well. Place is clean and did not feel crowded by others. I do miss the snacks though.
