I took my 2021 Crosstrek in fir its first oil change and tire rotation. I was extremely pleased with the courteous greeting and smooth check in that I received. My wait was no more than a hour and half for tire rotation. I was extremely pleased with the courteous greeting and smooth check in that I received. Even though this is my wife's car I distinctly recall when signing up for a protection plan she was told unlimited oil changes would be thrown in. She was charged for that service. 2 Stains were meant t when signing up for a protection plan she was told unlimited oil changes would be thrown in. She was charged for that service. 2 Stains were meant to be taken care of prior to her picking up the car after purchase. They were not. One stain was brought to the attention of the Service Rep and it is still present during this past service. More
