The level of service was outstanding My wife arrived the morning at the dealership without appointment but a "frightening" sound was coming out of underneath the car. The service adviser My wife arrived the morning at the dealership without appointment but a "frightening" sound was coming out of underneath the car. The service adviser took the car and diagnose a heat shield issue with the exhaust and told her it will take about 2 hours. My wife was looking for a taxi to get back home when the service adviser told her he will take her back home. 2 hours later we got a call the car was ready, and after picking it up it was silent as it should be.... They went overboard to the level of service knowing that it wasn't any service slot available for the next 8 days. Thank you More

Great Service I like going because the people at the service desk are friendly. Major 60k maintenance + brake lamp recall I went for the brake lamp recall service but left with the 60k major maintenance.
