When I am straight forward in every way with a purchase I am pursuing, relying on information provided to me by the dealership, (th behavior as this. I just drove home the 6th car we have bought from Wheeler Toyota. This family owned dealership is the absolute best place I have EVER done business. I didn't know until car 3 or 4 that they are the oldest Toyota. This family owned dealership is the absolute best place I have EVER done business. They have a good selection of cars without having "too many" and they only keep enough sales people to keep everone happy. There is no mob at the door tackling you in your car. I even like the service guys, when were you last happy to go to a service department? Quick lube is really quick. More

She then gave us some accessory options and we decided to add the bed liner and running boards. When we got to the finance office, we were expecting the "same old pitch" from the finance guy, but John was very pleasant to work with. He gave us some different financing options and we decided that a short term, lower interest option was the best deal. We added the extended warranty and Simonize and are very happy with the truck so far! More

They had the car available at the price quoted and allowed me a choise of auto colors without reservations. It was the easy auto purchase I have ever made. I would recommend them to my friends. Chip was the friendliest, most trustworthy, no-nonsense car salesman I have ever met. He gave me a quote on line and stuck to it even though the market had changed in his favor. We liked Chip's style of business so much that we ended up buying two cars from him last June; a Hybrid '09 Camry and an '08 Prius. Anyone who wants a Toyota in Southern Oregon will not find a better agent or dealership than Chip Edwards at Wheeler Toyota. Having done business with other car dealers in this area we can't recommend Chip highly enough. More

I was a little disappointed with the "documentation" charges but the fee and the "above invoice" price I secured was within my buying range. So the purchase was finalized. Thanks for the experience.
