Had a good salesman who quit. Tons of pressure to do add ons. Tons of requests to give them good reviews online. Bought the truck and a few miles down the road saw a small crack in the windshield. Called and was assured they would take care of it for me. When I called back later to get it fixed I couldn't get service to call me back for some time. Was told when I finally got someone they didn't do windshield work and was sent to an outside glass company. When I finally got someone at Grapevine about taking care of the windshield they said they would only give $ 100.00 from some warranty on the $1600.00 windshield. Pissed! I was lied to. Fast forward I need some small repairs and an oil change done. Called weeks ahead and scheduled appt for 3 in the afternoon. Explained I was coming from 6 hours away and would need the work done that afternoon and I would need the truck early the next AM. Was promised it would be no problem. Even called a second time to confirm. Took off work and drove there only to be told they didn't even know I was coming and they couldn't work on the truck that day and would need it all day the next day to do the repairs which I was told were "more complicated than I thought". Service advisor had "I don't care" all over his face and attitude. Freaking pissed again. After calling for a service manager and getting no call back. I sent an email to service. Got call from service manager because of the email. He said the same crap as the advisor and told me he would call me back. No call back. Took my truck to Texas Dodge in Amarillo. Treated me great and had all the same work done in an hour and a half. Will never use Grapevine again. More

I leased a new 2021 Grand Cherokee and they added $9000 extra fees( for additional rent and depreciation) to the lease when i actually looked at it. Went in to look. Found a new wagoneer on the floor with msrp and dealer add-on sticker. Liked the sun, so decided to purchase. It was AFTER we agreed to purchase, they added $5000 to purchase price, stat msrp and dealer add-on sticker. Liked the sun, so decided to purchase. It was AFTER we agreed to purchase, they added $5000 to purchase price, stating MSRP is just a suggestion. I understand Market adjusted pricing and how some dealers are screwing people over by adding to msrp price, but it was NOT on the dealers add-on sticker. And if that is not enough, they lied about my trade value. Stated it was xx, when I saw the paperwork it was yy. They included my States Sales Tax Credit as value. That's not at all correct....the trade has its own value. They tried to sneak in an inflated price to make you think it's higher. The final straw was when I said I would purchase without my trade. They said "no trade, no deal." I buy vehicles all the time, first time here at Grapevine Jeep.. Unethical, unprofessional dealer. Do not buy from here. More
